These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at tinyinnovators.ca (the “Site”), operated by Tiny Innovators Dayhome. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this website

This Site is informational. It is intended to give prospective families information about our home-based childcare programs and to allow you to contact us about enrolment. Nothing on this Site is a binding offer of a childcare placement. Enrolment is confirmed only through a signed written agreement.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content from the Site
• Use images of children from the gallery for any purpose
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site, or disrupt its operation
• Submit false, misleading or abusive content through our forms

3. Images and content

Photographs of children featured on the Site are used with parental consent. All images, text, logos and design are the property of Tiny Innovators Dayhome or used with permission, and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. They may not be reproduced without our written permission.

When you submit information through our contact form, you agree that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Use of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Innovators is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability to you is limited to CA $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
